Can my auto body be repaired?

Often body damage, or structural frame damage, will total your vehicle. But if auto body repair is feasible, make sure to choose an auto body repair shop with the latest equipment and knowledgeable technicians.

An auto body frame is like your body’s skeleton.  It takes the proper equipment and skilled auto body repair technicians to fix the body damage.

If your vehicle has dents or dings or needs minor auto body repair, we can often use PDR or paintless dent repair techniques to save you hundreds of dollars.

What can cause auto body frame damage?

  • Driving off road
  • Driving your car into potholes
  • Driving over curbs
  • Driving into a ditch

Any of these can potentially cause auto body damage. So can an impact with another vehicle. And if your auto body and frame aren’t repaired properly after a car accident or even a minor ding, your car body damage could be obvious.

How can I tell if I have minor auto body damage?

  • Look for excessive leaning
  • Car pulling to the right or left
  • Wheels leaning (or don’t appear to stand straight up and down)

Other clues might be excessive gaps in the auto body panels as seen in this photo.

The bottom rocker panel may not line up with the car doors or fenders.

The car fenders may not line up with the doors. Any of these conditions could indicate auto body frame damage.
