Technicians trained in paintless dent removal will usually push a dent from behind, rather than pull or “pop” them out from the front.
The technicians use an assortment of rods of various lengths and endings to slowing work the dent out from behind the panel. Using a special light source, which helps better view the dent, the tech will place their tool in the center of the dent and push it out.
